The International School Yangon (Myanmar)

Dear Search Colleagues,

On behalf of the Search Committee and the Administration of The International School Yangon, and their partners at Search Associates, we are pleased to announce that Mr.  Ronnie Caldwell has been appointed to assume the role of Secondary School Principal in 2026-2027.

Mr. Caldwell is currently providing professional development for administrators and teacher leaders through the organization he launched in 2024 (Be Good Leadership). Mr. Caldwell served as the Head of School of the 1,200-student American School, Dhahran (Saudi Arabia) from 2021-2024.  He also served as the Principal of Dhahran High School (2017-2021), Assistant Principal of Dhahran High School (2015-2017), and Assistant Principal/Teacher at Yanbu International School, Saudi Arabia (2012-2015). 

 

Mr. Caldwell earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Concordia University.
